**Objects:** ALMSHOUSE BRANCH: THE TRUSTEES SHALL DEFRAY OUT OF THE INCOME THE COST OF MAINTAINING THE PROPERTY OF THIS BRANCH.RELIEF IN NEED BRANCH: SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT OF THE AFORESAID EXPENSES, THE CLEAR INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED OR HARDSHIP

**Activities:** The main activity of the charity is to run the Almshouses at Gurney Court, Benford Court and The Old Court, Odiham. In addition to running these Almshouses, the Trustees seek to fulfil the wishes of their benefactors by relieving need in the Parish and by making donations to three local schools in the form of library grants.
