The financial statements comply with the 5talulory requirements, the governing document and th
SORP (revised 2015 IFRS10211 of accounting and reporting by charities.
The qoverning docurnent regarding the charity's constitution is a declaration o,. Charitable Trust dated
14th October 1957.
No formal mothod has been adopted by the charrty for the appointment and training ol trusteès.
Truslees are appointed internally based upon their experience and knowledge.
Strategic decisions are taken by thé trustees with the main day-to-day management decisions taken by
the Sisiefs.
The Provincial House is In Paris and the Sisters. c.onvent in London Is Dne DI ilie many hoLJses
Ihroughout the world. The Sisters have established a hostel lor girls providi49 lodging and spiritJal
care.
Risk Management
The Charity is dependent on tts functional property and any unforeseen damage lo this property, such
as lires, represents the largest risk lo the charitys abil',iy to continue operations. The TrLJStees ensuro
thaL the property is adequately insured In the eveni ol any such cataslruphe and the levels ol insurance
are reviewed on a reqular basis, which in¢orporates hea￿h and safety reviews.
The trustees also have in place policies and procedures to cope with any beneficiaries requiring shelter
and spiritual care.
Objectives and activilies
The principal activity of the Charity as defined in the governing documenl is the advancement of the
Roman CathOl￿c religion in England & Wales.
The trustees are free to Invest the funds of the charity as they feel is appropriale.

to continue to provide spiritual care and hostel services.
