## **2025 GP Janes Bequest Trustees Annual Report**

In the last 22 years we have made grants to 36 different churches totalling £932,822 2025 was a good year for the fund which increased by 9.1% compared with a increase of 6% in 2024. HSBC’s commission charge for the year was an estimated £10,000 including VAT. During 2025 we received requests from 11 different churches and we were able to help with grants of various amounts to each of them. So please apply to the fund if your church needs financial help in 2026 for things like improvements to buildings or Mission activity. The fund cannot however help with any staffing costs. The churches which received grants during 2025 were:

Ebenezer B.C, Orchard Place B.C, Mumbles B.C, Gilgal B.C, Sardis B.C, Jerusalem B.C, Burry Port B.C, Mount Calvary B.C, Pantygwydr B.C, Aenon B.C, Gendros B.C.

The funds we send to the churches are in the form of grants, not loans. On completion of your projects we require you to send us receipts which cover the spending of your grant from us. We would also love to see photos of how you spent your grants. An application form is available from the treasurer. The accounts for 2024 have been examined by Mrs Claire Kermode, Kingfisher Church, Little Paxton and found to be in good order. The annual returns have been made to the Charities Commission. Should you have any questions about this report please contact the treasurer or any of the Trustees.
