(2) IF AND WHEN HEADQUARTERS NO LONGER REQUIRED IT MAY BE SOLD AND THE PROCEEDS APPLIED FOR THE ORDINARY, THE ROYAL NAVY FUND, THE ARMY FUND AND THE ROYAL AIR FORCE FUND (2ND SCHEDULE TO TRUST DEED 14TH AUGUST 1963).
