Charlty number: 237490 Trustees Report Churchover Rellef In Need Charlty Introduction The Churchover Relief in Need Charity is managed by a group of volunteer trustees whose primary purpose is to provide support to those within the parish of Churchover who are in need. This 18 done within the constitution which has been approved by the Charity Commission. Activities durin During the past year the Churchover Relief in Need Charity has continued to support the residents of the parish of Churchover. This support has included: providing.. grants towards energy costs, assistance to those learning to drive, support to those in full time education through grant8 to those at university or continuing in sixth forni support for educational activities lifelines to those living on their own lunding for events in the village which are open to all villagers - the Children's Christmas party or the Kings Coronation Party printing of the village magazine expenses for those who are attending hospital appointments contributions to the cost of school uniforms The Cotta es The charity has also continued to maintain our five cottages in Church Street. In the past year we have undertaken an inspection of the cottages and taken remedial action to any issues that arise to ensure that the cottages Meet statutory requirements. Additionally in 2024 we replaced the doors and windows of the cottages as these are at the end of their useful life and could no longer be maintained. Fundin As can be seen from the Annual Accounts. the Charity has funds available and welcome applications for support from within the village provided that they meet the terms of the constitution.

Firstly to Dave Proctor for chairing the Trustees with huge thanks to Sara Wills in her role as Clerk to the Trustees and as a Trnstee, Karen Down in the role of treasurer, and the Trustees, Gary Betts, Debbie Henson, Grazyna Miarkowska. In December 2024, Karen Down stood down as a Trustee and Treasurer and the charity is seeking a new Trustee to replace her. The Trustees would like to thanks Karen for the support that she has provided the charity during her period as a Trustee. In January 2025, Debbie Henson took on the role of Treasurer for the charity.
