Report to the trustees of New Life Christian Church (Hove) on accounts for the year
ended 31 March 2024
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity 1.the Trust") for the year
ended 31 March 2024.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
As the charitys trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Charitie5 Act 20111"the A￿1. The tharity's trustees consider that an audit is not required
for this year lunder section 144121 of the 2011 Act and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility:

under section 1451bl of the 2011 Act:

My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Dlrections glven by the Charlty Commlsslon.
An examination includes a review of the accountin8 records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It a150 includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in
the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is
given as to whether the accounts present a "true and fair" view and the report is limited to those matters set
out In the statement below.
