OBJECTS AND ACTIVITIES
The Charit(s objecls are for the relief of poverty, the advancement OE educat￿On, the advancement of
religion or any other purposes beiieficial to the comniunity not falliiis under the preceding which are
el)arilable a¢cording to the law of EnglHnd and Wales, in sucli manner and such proportioiis as the
Trustees shall from time to time at Ilieir di5cretkQli decide.
The Trustees have been granted wide powers to act in furtherance of the charitys objects.
GRANT MAKING POLICY.
The TTuslee5 consider applications and approve grants, usually annually. Although some 8rants may
be niade to the saine charitie5 each year, iione are pmmlsed or gitaranteed.
The Trustees have considered the Charity Conimi5sion's guidance on public benefit includins the
guidance'public benefit.. running a chaTilf' when Eormulatiiis the grant making pollcy. tn particular,
the Trustees coiisidei. how grants can be made to ensure niaximvm benefit flows tlirough to the
inteiided ultimate beneficiaries.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
During tlie year tlie Trustees agreed grants totalling £15,500 (2025 - £85,050) io otlier charitable
organisalion5 as delailed in note as detailed in notes 5 and 6.
The Trustees look forward to being able to continue their charitable work in the coming years in
accordance iyitli the si'aiil niaking policy.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
The Charitf s principal source of income is froni its iiivestments, which aiiiounled to £79,504 (2025 -
£86,190). During the year, Trustees spent £22,503 12025 £90,237) on charitable activities and
governance, and adiiiinislrotion of the Lliarity.
INVESTMENT POLICY
The Trustees liave an agreed an investment policy for the Charitf s investnieiit porifolio. To meet these
objeclives, the charit￿ s investments are maiiaged across a range of asset classes, niaiiilaining
diveKsification, to produce an appiopi'iale balance betweeii risk and return. Tlic Trustees continue to
nionilor the performance of the portfolio with resular invcslmeiit reports and meetings.
FLryURE PLANS
The Ti'uslees do not envisage any material changes to ihe operation of tlie Charity.
RESERVES POLICY
The capital is an expendable endowment and at this time the Trustees do not consider a $pecificReserve
Policy necessary. Ai the Balance Sheet date the free reseryes of the charity aniounted to £220,406.
RISK MANAGEMENT
The Trustees aTe satisfied that systems are in place to mitlgate the risks to which the charity is exposed.
The principal risk faced by the Charity is an inveslment risk. This risk could be the reduction in the
capital iTaliie of the investments and the incoine derived fi'om the iiivestments, required by tlie'lrustee5
in nieeling their charitable objectives. This risk has been addressed by tlie appointment of profe.$￿l011aj
advisors to nionitor investment performaiice and to decide on acquisltions and disposals

Tlie Trustees al'e considered to be the Key Managemeiil Personnel of the chartty. T]ie Trustee5 are not
