Golng con￿rn
Thg trustges are required to assess whether the use of golng concem is appropriate, le whether there
are any material uncertainties relatsd lo events or conditions that may c851 significant doubt on the
ability of the charbty lo continue as a going concèrn. The Trustees make this assessment in respect of
perM)d of al least one year from the date of aulhorisalion of the accounts. The Trustees have
considefed the impact of the Govemmenl measures to combat the spread of the corona virus and do
not consider that they will have a significant impact on the operation of the charity. The majority of the
expenditure of the charity is at the discretion of the Trustees and the charity also has sufficient reserves
lo offset any potential reduclion in inv8slment income. The Iruslees have considered the level of funds
held and the expected level of income and expenditure for 12 months from aulhorising these finanlial
stslemenls. The budgetèd income and expenditure is sufficient with the level of reserves for the charity,
therefore Ihe Tru51ees continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparin9 the financial
statements.
Judgements and koy sources of •stimgtion uncertalnty
There have been no significant judgements {apart from those involving estimalesl m&Je in the process
of preparirbg Ihe financial stslemenls.
There have been no key assumptions conceming Ihe future and other key sources of eslimabon
uncertainty al the reporting date that have a signthcant risk of causing 8 material adjustment lo the
