(£26,000}. Unre5tri¢ted funds of £1,530.305 (2024 - £99.735) derive from WMCS l&Es expenses, being the

The Charity Bank provided three loans all of which were fvlly drawn:

At the completion of the building project in 2018: the Charity's i)vtstanding loaDs from the CIMrity Bank
tot£lled £1277,645 aod were repayable over 25 years. Regular morrgage payments were rnade in 2025 alld the
outstattding loan at 31 Decemb¢r 2025 was £1.031801 (2024- £1.065,643).
A security dq￿S5t of £25,000 fron) the C1￿[]ty is beld by the Cbarity Bank in an inteKst-beaTing deposit
