SUBJECT THERETO THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAID INCOME FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE JUNIOR CHURCH OF AVENUE ST. ANDREW'S UNITED REFORMED CHURCH AND IN OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID CHURCH AMONG CHILDREN AND PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 21 YEARS.
