## ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2022 

This is the Annual Report of the above charity. The registered number, trustees and contact details are as stated above. 

The trust was established by a Deed of Settlement in 1964 ‘to apply capital and/or income for such purposes as the Trustees in their absolute discretion shall think fit’. By a subsequent Charity Commission scheme new Trustees are appointed ‘by the existing Trustees’. 

The main activity of the trust is to provide accommodation for the elderly and infirm of the area who have insufficient funds to purchase their own properties. At Christmas time the trust distributes funds to local needy people and to a number of other charities. 

The trust owns and operates 23 flats and houses in the local area.
