I report on the Financial Statements of the trusts for the year to 31" Decemkn 2024
Respective responsibilities of trustee5 and the examiner.
As the Charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparntion of the accounts. you
consider that the audit requirement of section 145 of the Chariiies Act 2011 (the Act)
does not apply. It is my reS￿nsIbIlIty lo stale. on ihe b&sis of procedures specified in the
Gencrdl Direction5 giv¢n by th¢ Charity Commissioners under section 145 (5) (b) of the
Act. whether particular matters have come to my attenlion.
Basis of the independent examiner's reporL
My examination wa5 carried out in accordance with the Generdl Directions given by the
Cbarity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented wilh those records. It also
Ancludes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking
explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The PT(Keduie5
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and
¢onsequently I do not eApres5 an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent examiner's statemenL
In connection with my examination. no matter bas come to my attention..
(l) which gives me reasonable caus¢ to believe that in any material respect the
requirements
(a) lo keep accounting records in xcordance with section 130 of the Act; and
(b) to prepare accounts which K¢ord with the accounting r￿0[{ts and to comply with
the accounting requirements of the Act have noi been met or
(2) to wbicb, in my opinion, attention should be drnwn in order to enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to k reached.
