**Objects:** 1. FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE ALMSHOUSES OF THE CHARITY OR ANY OF THEM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME. 2. FOR RELIEF IN NEED OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE PARISHES HOLYBOURNE, NEATHAM AND ALTON AS CONSTITUTED ON THE 13 MAY 1932 WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS.

**Activities:** Provision of three almshouses for poor aged persons of good character living in Holybourne and Neatham. Residents contribute a weekly sum towards maintenance of the almshouses, without causing hardship. Vacancies are advertised and applications for appointment are made to trustees. Each year the trustees make gifts of money to people in Holybourne and Neatham who are elderly or in need or hardship
