THE RESIDUE OF INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PERSONS OF EITHER SEX WHO ARE UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF HOGSTHORPE WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
