Rowlett Trust trustees are volunteers appointed by the existing trust board Trustee selection methods through an application process supported by two references from church (eg. appointed by, elected by) leaders. Candidates are required to be members of Everyday Church and have a passion for helping those in need and bring skills to the charity that support the overall objectives and operation. Selection criteria include experience in any of the following: charity administration, finance, investment management, technology, social action, social housing, organisational development and organisational management and reporting.

Section D                      Achievements and performance In 2024 Trustees achieved the following: **Summary of the main** 1. Awarded seven grants to local charities working with a wide range **achievements of the charity** of vulnerable groups such as vulnerable families with very young **during the year** children, young people at risk of crime and gang activities, homeless people, people in significant debt with multiple disadvantage. This is done through an application system according to set criteria following a due diligence process. 2. Started the process of reorganising the charity structure through a review of its objects, a new investment strategy and the development of the charity website.
