**Objects:** A) TO PROVIDE FOR THE REHABILITATION BY ANY MEANS WHATEVER OF PERSONS EXPERIENCING SUBSTANTIAL IMPAIRMENT OF THEIR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH (CLIENTS) B) TO UNDERTAKE THE TEACHING AND PRACTICE OF SKILLS OR VOCATIONS WHICH MAY ASSIST IN THE REHABILITATION OF CLIENTS TO ANY PERSONS WHATEVER BY ANY MEANS WHATSOEVER INCLUDING THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF A SCHOOL OR ESTABLISHMENT FOR SUCH TEACHING AND FOR THE TRAINING OF SUCH PERSONS. C) TO TRAIN CLIENTS FOR ANY FORM OF EMPLOYMENT, TO HELP THEM FIND EMPLOYMENT AND TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR SUSTAINED EMPLOYMENT.
