We have been appointed as auditor under section 144 of the Charth'es Act 2011 and report in a¢cordan¢e wth
the Act and relevant regulations made or having effect Ihereunder.
Our objectives are to oblain reasonatrAe assurance about vthether the financial slalemenls as a whc4e are free
from material misstatement, vthether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditorfs report that indudes our
opinion. Reasonatle assurance is a high level of assurance, bLrt is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in

Our audit procedures were designed lo respond to idents.fied risks, induding non-comF4iance wlh laws and
regulations and fraud. whith may have a materia effect on the financial statements. Our audit procedures
included bul were not limited to".
' enquiry of the Trustees and review of any relevant correspondence wih legal advisers regarding any instances

communicating identrfied laws and regulations and the risks of fraud Trmlh our engagement team and remaining

Owing to the inherent limrtations of an audit, there is an unavoidat4e risk that some material misstatements of

accordance wlh the ISAS IUKI.
The potential effects of inherent limitations are particularty signfficant in the case of misstatement resulting from
