During the year the Charity’s committee continued to manage the hall in accordance with the Deed of Trust. At all times the trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit. It is hoped that the programme for 2025/26 will continue to fully utilise the hall.

The Charity’s bankers are Barclays of Killigrew Street, Falmouth, Cornwall and its solicitors are Hine Downing of Berkeley Vale, Falmouth.
The committee continue to monitor income and expenses carefully and it is considered that the charity should maintain a reserve equal to at least one full year’s running expenses. In addition reserves are being accumulated to cover the possible cost of future major maintenance. This will be kept under review.
The Trustees are mindful of the need to keep under review potential risks and have arranged suitable insurance cover.
