in Novgmber 2025, with rgpaymonl in 20 equa1 in¥taltnonls every 8iX rnonths 01 £2.362.50 comrn8ndng from 6 month5 after
the final drawdown in June 2026.The foe for tho loan was 5%, i.e. £2,250.
The deficit on operating a¢tlviUes was slightty W0￿ened by the loss on the market value of Inv¢sbrents wountlng lo
compared lo a gan of £2.281 in the precethng year.
The Balan￿ Sheel has therefore shown a de¢rea8e In re5erve8 of £9.322, being the n81 expenditur6 for the year. This is
r8presenled by a defial on unreslricled fund5 of £5,134, ar￿ a defKil on reslricled lunds (representing the deprecAalion
charg& released againsl the soclal housing grant) 01 £4.193.

It is thè Ch8rfty'$ ptsllcy to invest any 8urplus funds in sècure Snveslmants. The investrrents are man3ged by the Trustses
have opted lo Inve81 in a rnixed portfolio of Accumulatlon Income Shares wlth CCLA, M&G, and Bla￿roCk Chartty
Funds.

Wollaston and Pauncefort Almshouse Charity keeps ieserves lor the maintenance of Ihelr anclenl ￿lIding8 whlch are used
as almshous8s and u88d for th8 we118rè ol resldents. The Charlty ￿11 alm to maintain a rninimum balance 01 £15.0(K) in
their current account foi the upkeep ol Ihe buildillgs. In addl￿.On. maintenance contributions receivable from reshjents wll bo
revie￿d annualty. Th8 Twstèès will also tr8nslèr ol funds for inveslments annually.
Al 31 December 2025 reserves amounted to £537.546. ofwhith £340,313 ￿re unr*8lrlct&S £197.233 were restricted.
Golng concorn
There are no rnatters of going concern lo report. The Court of PrI)b￿lOn soliolors lor rn,33 has refunded the ￿ole
outstanding WMCS and conllnue8 to p8y for the absent res￿&￿t in a Nrsing home. The resident of no.29 also conun￿5 to
withhold his WMC duè to compl8int8 ab(MJt thè damP￿Ss In hi$ property. A provision of £12,610 has been made agalnsl the
£27,610 owed. Whilst the Twslees ar¢ trweful that th¢% lunds will be recovered in lull. Bignificant lime has now passed
calling into quast*)n t￿ récovèrabllity ol thÈ ￿11 amount. No.19 has been empty slnce August 2025, ￿)d (( Is hopgd that a
new resident can lake up ocwpalim In e8rty 2028. Th? Twst¢e5 are ol the opinion that thg charity has svfficient resarves to
