**Objects:** The Charity&#x27;s objects are restricted specifically, for the public benefit, to the provision of activities that improve lives and connect communities through creative arts, and for that purpose to do any of the following as are necessary or expedient:(a) To provide an inclusive, safe, and caring environment by ensuring deep, lasting and respectful partnerships with our community.(b) To provide for the production of plays of Shakespeare, representative plays of other English dramatists or authors including modern plays, and translations of representative plays of foreign dramatists, ancient or modern; (c) To carry on and conduct the Maddermarket Theatre, Norwich, or any other theatre in or near Norwich, as a centre of education in the dramatic art, and for the encouragement of public interest therein; (d) To do all such other things as are incidental to or necessary for the attainment of the said objective.

**Activities:** TO PROVIDE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PLAYS REPRESENTATIVE OF ENGLISH CLASSICAL DRAMATISTS OR AUTHORS INCLUDING MODERN PLAYS AND TRANSLATIONS OR REPRESENTATIVE PLAYS OF FOREIGN DRAMATISTS, ANCIENT AND MODERN.TO CARRY OUT AND CONDUCT THE MADDERMARKET THEATRE AS A CENTRE OF EDUCATION IN THE DRAMATIC ART AND FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF PUBLIC INTEREST THEREIN.
