benefit from the vmrk of the trust. Gas
Safety Inspections have been conducted
on all properties as have Asbestos
SuNeys. A Quinquennial Report on the
trust properties has been commissioned.
To assist the residents In respect to any
minor maintenance issues that may
occur on a day to day basis we have
appointed '26 Letters,, a maintenance
agency, as a 24 hour point of contact. No
84 Broadgate Lane has been cornpletely
refurbished and Mrs Carol Harrison is
now the new benefici

Whilst taking into account the age ol the
properties and the nature of their
conslrucllon, we conllnue to maintain the
dwellings to a high standard and in doing
so wovide comfortable living conditions
for those beneliciaries.
Truslees continue to make regular,
planned visits to all the properties for the
purposes of maintenance.
We ensure thal all resldents have a
Trustee contacl number as ¥￿11 as our
ne￿￿ appointed maintenance agency.
