The nthv entra￿e system, one ¢Joor for the South Hall and one Norih Hall ¢￿tY￿ed to make
ease of access and would definiiely be retained and used Into luture. The use of (Th ttpjei
for each hall restriclions were to be maintained also.
The website had made bcK)king onl1r￿ easy for both hirers and trustees aNJ had generated
more recurring bookings as well &s on&off party tJ)okiros. This was a bonus as Ilnanc
cofflinued to improve making up for Ihe losses during Ihe Covid peTi(xI.
The rental charge from the hire of the car park was U￿￿ted and wt onto a more axnmercial
footing with a yearty renlal of £13k p.& for a ten year lease witii a five year rent peri(xL
Unpaid back ren￿ vras also collecled and the increased monthty rental generaied a healthy
increase in the finances and would continue to do so. Strict control would be kept on the
revenue to ensure the rerrtal price for the car park was relevant and n line wilh market prices
wjthin the are&,

The Trustees worked well t(yJether and would continue to do so continuing to uphold the
guidelines in the constitution making Caversham Hall a place the people of Lower
Caversham and surrounding area to enjoy the facilities which are n(w in place tor future years.
