helps lo maintain the 18th Century Town Hall. A web51te is annually
enhanced and maintained for the public to view items fn)m the archiv8S
held by th8 Town TrusL Open spaces within the town are provid8d and
maintained for public benefit. including the Common, Graveyard Copse.

during the year
The Town Hall was frquenty hired out to the public during the year.
Mill T8rrdC8 ￿ttageS provide incotne for the Trust's obpctives. There are
ongoing repairs to these Mid-19￿ Century (xjttages.
The Common, Grdveyard Copse and the Re(xeation Ground, as open
spatss within the town, provile for public benefit throughout the year and
includes the Children's Play Area. The Memorial Benches on the
Common are maintained for public benefft. Trust conb'nues to worf(
with Yamiouth Town Council to impn)ve facilities and increase use of the
Recreation Ground.
The *pbsite continues to be updated to make it èasier for the historic
photc¥Jraphs to be calegorised ar¥J displayed for public use. This is an
ongoing project

Financial review
The Trustee's Reserves Policy was approved in November 2014 and is
reviewed annually. The policy aims to provmle the Trust with adequate
financial stability to cover the nsks of unforeseen emergencies and
operab.onal costs tsking into account the m8inlen8ncè of the 18 Century
Town Hall. The Trustees have discusseij the need for reseNes and the
regular review trtreof.
