during the	year		Mill Terrace cottages provide income for the Trust's objectives. There are
			ongoing repairs to these mid-19~ Century cottages.
			The Common, Graveyard Copse and the Recreation Ground, as open
			spaces within the town, provide for public benefit throughout the year and
			includes the Children's Play Area. The Memorial Benches on the
			Common are maintained for public benefit. The Trust continues to work
			with Yarmouth Town Council to improve facilities and increase use ofthe
			Recreation Ground. Tothis end, Trustees approved a grant to Yarmouth
			Town Council for 50%ofthe cost ofa scheme to improve drainage on
			the Recreation Ground.
			The website continues to be updated to make iteasier for the historic
			photographs to be categodised and displayed for public use. This is an
			ongoing project.
