ETHELDREDA’S HOME UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF THE LORD BISHOP OF THE DIOCESE; AND(3) IF IN ANY YEAR INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE SAID PURPOSE THE MANAGING TRUSTEES MAY USE THE SAME FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING WOMEN’S MINISTRY WITH CHILDREN WITHIN THE DIOCESE OF ST ALBANS AND UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF THE SAID LORD BISHOP.
