Harry Hames Cottage Charity. Year ended 31/3/ 2023 .
During the year all of the 5 cottages have been fully let. All Gas appliances have been checked and landlords certificates are held. We are currently having electrical inspection of all cottages carried out.
Trustees have inspected all cottages and we have carried out any work required on all cottages.
We have given a grant to Rothley Ivanoe tennis club to install a new automatic gate to public court to make use easier for public. Given a grant to Rothley Scout group towards installation of new kitchen at scout building.
The Charities investment income has remained similar to last year. The Charity remains in a healthy financial position.
