The charily's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the ￿0￿nts and consider that
an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charilies Act 2011 {the
2011 Chariiies Aci) and ihat an independenl examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to

to follow the procedure laid down in the Genernl Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners section 145(5Mb) of the Charities Act. and
stale whether particular matters have come to my attention.

My examinalion was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the
Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of ihe accounting records kepi
by the "fruslees and a comparison of ihe accounts pre5enied with those records. li also
includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking
explanations from the Trusiees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken
do nol provide all the evidence that would be reqUI￿d in a full audiL and consequently no
opinion is given as to whether ihe accounts present a 'true and fair. view and the report is
limiled to those malters sel out in ihe slalemenl below.
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with my examinalion, no matter has come to my ailenlion:

requirements
to keep accounling records in accordance with 8.130 of the 201 l Act.. or
