## **Financial Review**

Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21  The charity’s expenditure during the period<br>financial position at the end  exceeded its income by £14,540.13 as<br>of the period  shown in its accompanying accounts,<br>almost entirely due to the Covid pandemic<br>which had a major negative impact on hire<br>fees received.  A credit balance in the<br>charity’s TSB bank account of £27,308.57<br>resulted from the closure of its Nationwide<br>Building Society account and the transfer of<br>its funds into the TSB account.<br>Statement explaining the  Para 1.22  Reserves are held as security for future<br>policy for holding reserves  expenditure.
