STRUCfUR£, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT This is an unincorporated association governed by a Charity Commission S¢heme mad¢ on the 8 Febrnary 1978 following the amalgamation of 215eparate funds b&sed in Tenby. the oldest of which wa5 crnat¢d in 1581. The trnstees consis¢ of sixnominative trust¢es xpN)intd by the town council of Tenby and nine ¢O-OPtative trustees.
