Thereof In Advancing The Education Of Beneficiaries' And (d) As To 25 Per Cent. Thereof By Payments To Or For The Benefit Of Beneficiaries For Promoting Study Of The Texts, Documents And Literature Of Judaism Involving The Rabbinic Law By Educationally Qualified Persons In Institutions Of Higher Rabbinic Learning Or At Post-Graduate Level In Universities.
