## Activities

**Objects:** The objects for which the Charity is established are, for the benefit of the public:1) To advance, promote, and further the conservation, maintenance, restoration and protection of:(i) wildlife, their habitats and ecosystems.(ii) places of zoological, botanical, geological, ecological or scientific interest or of natural beauty or landscape value.2)  To advance the education of the public in relation to all aspects of 1) above.3)  To promote research and the dissemination of information in relation to all aspects of 1) above.

**Activities:** Conserving and protecting wildlife in North Wales including by owning and/or managing nature reserves, educational activities with children and adults, and generally promoting awareness of wildlife.  Publishing magazines and arranging educational meetings for our members.  Liaising and co-operating with other wildlife trusts including Wildlife Trusts Wales and the Royal Society of Wildife Trusts.
