**Objects:** FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ADVANCE THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK FOR THE TIME BEING CARRIED ON IN ENGLAND OR WALES BY OR UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE VOLUNTARY ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN KNOWN AS THE MISSIONARY SISTERS OF THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS AS THE TRUSTEES WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE SUPERIOR SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.

**Activities:** The MSC actively minister on 6 contininents in 17 countries. We carry out the mission of Mother Cabrini who continues to inspire us for evangelisation, education, healthcare, work with the poor and underpriviledged, with people of all colours, nationalities and language, in developed and developing nations. With our dedicated laity we respond to local needs of children, youth, adults and elderly.
