pages 1 and 2.
Respective Responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner
The Ch8rrty's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the a￿OUnt5. The Ch8rity's Trustees
consider that an audit is not required lor this year under section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Actl
and that an Independent examination is needed.
