TO PROMOTE EDUCATION THROUGH PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND/OR BURSARIES TO SUCH PERSONS DEFINED ABOVE OR, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES, TO ANY OTHER NEEDY OR DESERVING PERSON.
