Res ective r onsibilities of trustees and examiner The charity's trusl¢¢s are r¢sponsible for the preparation of Éhe accounts. The ¢harity's tTUStees consideT that an audit is not required for this y&ar (under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an indep¢ndent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to (a) (b) examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities ACL to follow th¢ procedur¢s laid Èn the General Directions given by the Charity Conimission (under section 145{5)(b) of the Charities Act. and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Scaieby Villa8e Hall Report of the trustees Year Ended 31st December 2025 The trustees present their annual report and the unaudited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2025. Scaleby Village Hall is an unineorporated association and was established by an Indenture dated 23rd May 1896, which was amended on 3rd October 2012. It was registered with the Charity Commission INO. 2293641 on 28th October 1963. The trustees administer the charity. Objects: Scaleby Village Hall is held in Trust by the Parish Council. The aim of the charity is to tnaintain the fabric of the hall and to manage the hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Scalebv. Publlc Benefit Statement: The main activity of the charity is to maintain and manage the h311 for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Scaleby. The hall is Ltsed by nL*merous clubs and groups whi¢h provide community benefits and Èctivities for the people of the parish. Regular community events are also organised by the charity which reach out to parishioners of all ages and backgrounds. Reserves Policy: The Reserves continue to increase and we are happy for this to be the case as more major repairs or improvements may be needed in future as the hall gets older.
