(B) A SUM NOT EXCEEDING $40 PER ANNUM FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE POOR OF THE PARISH. (C) ANY SURPLUS INCOME IN HAND AT THE CLOSE OF EVERY YEAR AFTER SATISFACTION OF OBJECTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4 OF THE PARISH. THE SURPLUS INCOME OF THE MERRY'S EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION AND THE ELEEMOSYNARY CHARITY IS APPLICABLE UNDER THIS HEADING.
