Blackfriays Club Ltd's principal objects al'e to provide financial and such other fornis of support as the directors think
fit to Bla¢kfriaTS Artg Centre Lid. The company entered into a decd of covenant wheirby all its distributable profils
were paid to Blackfriars Arts Centi'e Ltd, aiid as such, no divideiids were payable by that coinpany. -I'he d¢ed of
covenant now ¢omes witliin the Gift Aid arrangeinenls. During the ycar a profit of £775 wa5 mad¢ by ihe Club
meaning Gift Aid of £9,365 was paid to the Art5 Ceiitre, (2022 - £4,541 profit ai)d Gifi Aid of £1,545).

The trustees continue to find ways to secure the futur¢ of Blackfi'iars Art C¢ntre Ltd. The managem¢nt group is
continuing to look at ways of providing funding without I'elyinLy on gi'ants fi'oin Boston Borough Council.
The interest fTee loan from Inembers ot the public I'aised revei)ue of £22,470 and is still oiitstai)ding.
Blackfriars Arts Centre fociises on conceits and stage peifom)ances, from both professional acts and amateur
community groups. The programrne a¢liieve5 a Inix to 8Uit a range of puhlic tastcs, sucli as drama, ballet. musi¢als,
op¢ra aiid tribute acts. At Cl)I'istmas each yeai. there is a pantoinime, wl)ich was well attended this year.
A sU￿esSful Capital Investinent Prograinme application has lead to the upgrade and rei)ewal of lighting and audio
visual equipment at the theatre. This will reduce our environmental iTnpact. reduLe our overheads, improve
a¢¢essibility and allow a l)ighei' quality of pro&7rainmiiig.
