**Objects:** OUR AIM IS TO BE CHANNELS OF GOD’S LOVE, IN WHATEVER WAYS WE BELIEVE THE HOLY SPIRIT IS LEADING US, TO THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF AGE, HEALTH OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.

**Activities:** The Charity provides a ministry of hospitality to visitors, retreatants and some vulnerable people, on the main site and at Winson, at no fixed charge. Sisters provide spiritual direction, priestly and pastoral ministry in Oxford and Richmond,London.Gardens are maintained.The Charity is landlord to St  John's Care Home, The Friary OFM and Helen & Douglas House, all on the Oxford site.
