**Objects:** HOME OF REST FOR PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL STRAIN OR IN ANY CONDITION IN WHICH A TIME OF REST AND CHANGE OF SCENERY AND A QUIET OPPORTUNITY FOR RECUPERATION WOULD BE BENEFICIAL THE HOME OF REST TO BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE RELIGIOUS SOCIETY OF FRIENDS ALTHOUGH ITS BENEFITS ARE TO BE AFFORDED AND ENJOYED IRRESPECTIVE OF THE RELIGIOUS BELIEF OF THE PERSONS RECEIVED THERE.
