APERFIELD W.I. TRUSTEES REPORT 2019-2020

We belong to a National Organisation who claim part of your annual subscription to support Head Office and Denman College. They organise and implement Resolutions (which we vote on) and they are kept informed of our membership list by our MCS rep.
Little were we to know that when this last report was written that it would be 18 months before we could resume our meeting, thanks to Coronavirus restrictions of gatherings of large numbers, which our membership has.
The London Borough of Bromley grants received have kept our hall going and once restriction
Although closed our hall equipment still had to be serviced, throughout the year; fire extinguishers, boiler and PATS testing of electrical equipment.
A gardener cuts the lawns and maintains the flower beds.
