Charlty Commlsslon and are satisfied that the objects of the charity conforni to the pubtTC benefit requiretrtents
and that the acttvltles carrled out durfns the year ￿￿t3nu¢d to ￿ ift accordance wlth the objective5 al￿adY Set
out.
ACHIEVEASENTS AIID PERFORMANCE
Totsl income ex£eeded expendTture by £9,533 12024: E4,7991 before gains and losses on frwestments and
fnvestment property. The portfolio, managed by Qullters, made ati tEnreaiised lass for the year of £57,857 (21f£4:
£85.252) and a rea17sed ualn on the disposals of £27.168 {2024: £9251.
Properties at 146-148 Bromwtch Road are held for Snvesttnent and are tarrfed at market value on the balance
sheet. The propertTes were revalued on the 26 Novetnber 2025.
The trusiees are satfsfied with the fTnaricial pg5Slltsn at the balance sheet date.

Given the age of the buildlng and Tts general condition the truste￿ ￿lieve it necessary to maintain reseryes at
thelr present level tn order to be able to meet any sfgnlficant repalr or malntenance cosLs which cotsld artse.
