**Objects:** TO IMPROVE AND DEVELOP CONDITIONS OF RURAL LIFE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTION & RULES OF THE WOMEN'S INSTITUTE

**Activities:** Raise funds to provide educational activities eg invite speakers from a range of interests such as photography, bee keeping, local historical sites.  Hold an annual harvest auction, where net proceeds are used to subsidise coach trips to places of interest eg lavender farm, Buckfast Abbey etc. Additionally, donations are made to other charitable bodies e.g. cancer research, local food bank etc.
