As far as they are aware the Tr￿$tee$ bave dealt with au recoTnmeodations of the Altusb0￿Se Association and the
Regutstor of S￿laLHo￿ln8.

Th¢ total ¢on]prebensive income of the chatity for the yw w&5 a surplus of £68,918 (2023.. surplu5 £13,533) whicb
includ¢d a in the fair value of investments of £24,560 (2023: g&iti £12.687). Th¢ inv¢5trnents ar¢ held
specifically to fimd fijth extraordittary repairs. The total reserves at th¢ end of the year had increased to £822,069.
The f￿an¢￿1 activities of the c]karity are set out in detail in the attscFL¢d fiDallcial statet]Lents. The cb8rity was ID a
sarisfactory financial position at the year end. Factors l]kely to affect futtw¢ f]nancial perfomwiee are the fair value
of the illvegtments and the rAUtnber and ¢Atrnt of fjat r¢futhisbrnellts and any other unforeseen EDajor building repairs.
