**Activities:** The charity owns and administers an almshouse situated on Cross Keys Lane, Low Fell, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear.  The almshouse comprises four flats each with a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom.  There is a common entrance hall and stairway, and a garden to the rear of the property.  The almshouse accommodates four single residents who are of limited means.
