Only complete if the examiner needs lo highlight mallers ol concern (see CC32,
Independent examination of charity ac¢ounls'. directions and guidance for
examiners).
The properties 20 and 23 Higham Slalion Avenue were purchased in 1972 by
' the UK province but have only now been recognised in the accounts as they
were previously thought lo belong to the General Provincilale in France but
recent confirmation from France and inspection ol tille deeds Confirm otherwise.
We do not have any accounting records dating back lo 1972 to confirm the
original cost so we have relied up Sr Josephine Canny confirmation that the
properties were purchased for £25,000 each and boul had substantial repair
work of around £25,000 each to bring the properties into habitable order. The
house are relfecled at cost in the financial slalemenls.
