Our approach to identifying and assesslng the Tisks of material misstslemenl respect cf
Irregularities, Inctuding fraud and non-compliance wf(h law5 and regulations, wa5 focused on specific

We assessgd Ihg gusceplibillty cf ihe charrty'8 financial $talemenl$ lo material mi891alement. Including
obtaining an understanding of how fraud might occur. by making enquiries of management and
considering the inlemol control¥ in place to mi119ate rfsk$ of fraud and non-cornplian¢e with laws and

To address the rfsk of fraud through management bias and overrfde of controls, we..

Due lo the Inherent limitations of an audit, there is a risk that we vJill not dètect all irregularitie8,
includlng those leading lo 8 materlal mlsslatement in the financial statements or non-compliance v
regulatKin. This risk in¢re8ses the more that compliance with law or regulallon 18 removed from the
events and transacts'ons reflected in the financial slalemgnl$, as we wll be legs likely lo become
aware of instances of non-compliance. Auditing standards also limit the audit Pfocedures required lo
denlify non-compliance wth laws and regulations to enquiry of the Iru$lee$ and other management
and the inspection of regulatory and legal correspondence, if any.
The risk ig also greater regarding irrggularitie$ occurring due lo fraud rather than error, as fraud
