The Hall is Currently in use for the majority
of time by fv40 organisations both of whom
meet the objectives. The first is 8 nursery
providing educatson for young children all of
whom are drawn from the neighbourhood.
area. The second is a gym which provides
faciiriies not available in the immediate
vianty. This provides for all age groups.
Many users of the gym come from the
localrty, induding many vulnerable families.
As the Hall is occupied by Ihe above users
for most of the time, Trustees agreed to
support other organisations in the area that
meet the Charrty's objectives. By making
small grants. Trustees have been able to
extend improving the life of local people.

I hese accounts have been prepared on the receipts and payments basis
Reserves pollcy. The Trustees have resolved to maintsin reserves of one year's rentsl
income against the possibility of the105s of one of the ￿ tenants. This to be held in a
separate account to the main HSBC accounL Reserves may be increased when Major
expenditure is planned in the short term.
Iransactions with related parties. During the year Mr David House. a I rustee of the charity,
vias reimbursed £478.65 for rnaintenance items purchased, phone calls and postage & diesel
Used on behalf of the Memorial Hall. Mrs Sheila Anderson. also a Trustee was reimbursed
£70.91 for paper ink, and other item5 used as Treasurer.

The capital value of the Memorial Hall is vested in the Charity Trustees. However the
Trustees cannot dispose of the property or enter into any long-term agreement without the
permission of the London Borough of Bromley. Accordingly no capitsl value is ascribed in
these accounts.

I report on the accounts of the Trustees of the Cray Valley War Memorial Hall 1.the Trustees-l for the
vear ended 31 March 2025. These are attached and have been prepared on the receipts and payments
basls.

The Trustees consider that an audit is not required for the year under section 144121 of the Charities Act
2011 1.the Act"), and that an independent examination is needed. As Charity Trustees you are
responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
