The first Is a nursery providing education for young children all of whom are drawn from the neighbourhood. There are insufficient nursery plac8s in the area. The second is a gym which provides facilrties not available in the immediate vicinty. This provides for all age groups. Many users of the gym come from the includin man vulnerable families. The Trustees have complied with the duty set out in section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 and have givers due regard to public benefft guidance published by the Charity Commission.
