TO PROVIDE, PROMOTE, SUPPORT OR ORGANISE THE RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING OF ANY OFFENDER, AND THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING, AND TO ASSIST THEM IN FINDING EMPLOYMENT AND ACCOMMODATION AND TO REHABILITATE THEMSELVES4.
