The continuing success of the Ceme Abbas Village Hall and popularity
with all sections of the local community has been demonslrated by the
fact that local groups and societies have flourished with the hall's modem
and well-equipped facilities. It is also attrarting a wider customer base, as
a popular venue for weddings, meelings of organisalions from outside the
local cotnmunily, visiting arts events, and local charity events.

Financial review
The charrty's reserves policy is to maintain a modest surplus of assets
over liabilities in ils nomial operations by allowing for dilapidation of the
village hall building and its 4Lsipment. This has proved satisfactory.
